RETURNS
If you are not totally satisfied with your order, please send an email to hello@patchd.co within 7 days and let us know the reason why you'd like to return the product. If approved, we'll send out our carrier to pick up. Simply return the unused product and we will be happy to refund you the full amount of your purchase, minus shipping fees.
Please note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item.
MISSING OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package was damaged during shipment, please notify us immediately at hello@patchd.co with photos of the packaging, and a description of the damage. Patch'd will review your email and replace all reasonable claims.
If your package is missing, please contact us at hello@patchd.co for instructions on how to file a claim.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card statement. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@patchd.co
